Title: Sr. Accountant

Location: 5x a week onsite in Seattle, WA

Compensation: Up to $115k for base salary + up to 7% 401(k) match + 6 weeks of PTO + Other Great Benefits!

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional General Ledger Accounting experience
• Nonprofit/Education or mission-based experience is required
• Understanding of restricted funds or grant accounting
• Familiarity with tools like Blackbaud, Rippling, or similar
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in education or community-based work is a plus
