Job summary

A local non-profit organization in Seattle is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This role involves overseeing financial operations with a focus on budget analysis and KPI development, reporting to the SVP of Finance. Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in financial operations.

We are recruiting for a local non profit in human services with an annual budget of ~$40M.

Office Location: North Seattle

Position Title: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000 / year, DOE

• 14 PTO days to start + 14 holidays + 12 sick days
• 401k with a 3% employer contribution
• Medical benefits for you and your family, choose between an HSA and PPO

Reports to: SVP of Finance

Team Description: 2 reports, a Finance Manager who reports directly up to you. And a Payroll Administrator who reports up to the Finance Manager.

Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week with lots of flexibility

Systems: Adaptive, SAGE, MIP Abila

This job:

• Budget to actual analysis
• Making recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Professional development of the finance team
• Develop and monitor KPI's
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• 5+ years progressive experience in financial operations
• 3+ years experience in a non profit, very important.
• Spanish or other non-English language skills is a plus!
