This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.**What You'll Do*** Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for section in accordance with IFRS.* Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.* Support the annual audit process by working with Corporate accounting to meet external auditors request.* Conducts analysis and contributes to the review of SBU Investment Committee Applications.* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Lead internal control audits.* Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software.* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Review and approve accounting batches.* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and providing explanations.* Retro Process: Validate, Update and Manage retro pricing with customer and suppliers.* Lead reconciliation of monthly inventory count to ensure accuracy of inventory balance carried on monthly financials.
