Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team in Corte Madera, CA. You will support month-end close, reconciliations, revenue accounting, and reporting while driving process improvements.

The role starts on-site with a transition to hybrid work after the initial period. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP), and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.

• Utilize Excel, Access, Oracle Analytics, and reporting tools
• Identify process improvements and enhance workflows
• Assist with reporting enhancements and system initiatives
• Support other accounting projects as needed

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Location: Corte Madera, CA

Work Schedule: 100% on-site for the first 6 months (approx); then hybrid 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Salary: $80k-$125k base + 2-6% Bonus + Equity + Benefits + 401k
