Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage general accounting functions, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
This role collaborates with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive reliable financial reporting, analyze variances, and maintain GAAP compliance and internal controls. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, and preferably a CPA.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing general accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes, and maintaining compliance with accounting standard(s) and company policies. This role works closely with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to support business operations and financial decision‑making.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $86,000-$100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
