An established industry player is seeking a Sr Account Manager to enhance their Productivity Solutions and Services business unit. As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our PSS (Productivity Solutions and Services) business unit. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships. By identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the growth, customer satisfaction, and market guidance of our PSS business.
You will have a territory of the following states: Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. The candidate should live within one of these areas and will travel about 50% of the time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 85k-120k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 85k-120k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Technology sales experience
