Overview

As a Sr Account Manager at Honeywell, you will drive the success of our PSS (Productivity Solutions and Services) business unit by managing strategic accounts and fostering revenue growth. Your role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and mentoring teams. This position covers a territory of Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, with approximately 50% travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to boost revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven record of managing key accounts and growing revenue.
