Sr Account Manager- Building Automation Education~~Remote

As a trusted advisor, your work will help clients reduce operating costs, energy use, and emissions while enhancing comfort, safety, and productivity.

This remote position supports the Los Angeles/Orange County market—residency within the territory is required. The salary range is $105,000-$158,000, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA, HSA, parental leave, PTO, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans within the Healthcare Vertical.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to improve customer conversion rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate deals to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a 'quarterback' to facilitate deep engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in Technology and Building Technology Solutions (e.g., Building Management, Fire & Safety, Security).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in consultative selling frameworks.
  • Consistent success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions like cybersecurity or predictive analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Active involvement in industry organizations.
  • Self-motivated with autonomous working capabilities.
