Position Overview

As a Regional Account Manager within Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing service customers in your designated market or territory. Your main goal is to manage all aspects of customer engagement to sustain and grow Honeywell’s presence.

This is a REMOTE position supporting accounts in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. Candidates must reside within the territory.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $158,000, with the actual offer depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):
  2. Develop and implement strategic healthcare vertical territory and account plans.
  3. Apply consultative selling frameworks to improve customer conversion rates.
  1. Quota Achievement:
  2. Identify and target new migration and share-of-wallet opportunities.
  3. Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
  4. Demonstrate strategic planning for new and existing customers.
Team Collaboration

Act as a coordinator to enhance relationships with customers and internal teams, advocating for the customer within Honeywell and vice versa.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of B2B sales or account management experience in technology.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Building Technology Solutions (e.g., Building Management, Fire & Life Safety, Security).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in consultative selling.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions such as cybersecurity or predictive analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Active engagement in industry organizations.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous working style.
