As an Account Manager at Honeywell Building Solutions, you will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing service customers, selling security, fire, and building management systems (BAS). Your role involves managing customer engagements to sustain and grow Honeywell’s presence. This position is based in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of $2-5M of customer accounts.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers in the region or vertical.
  • Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet and support customer challenges with Honeywell solutions.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively gather customer feedback.
  • Target new migration and share of wallet opportunities, co-develop technology roadmaps, and manage proposals and negotiations.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $158,000, depending on experience, education, location, and other factors. Honeywell offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) match, FSA, HSA, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Minimum Requirements
  • At least 5 years of front-line fire alarm/security experience.
  • Experience selling into casinos, hotels, resorts, sports arenas, theaters, museums, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling into premium commercial real estate, especially in sports and entertainment sectors.
  • Technical knowledge of BAS, fire, and security systems.
