Job summary

Archimedes seeks a Sr. Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and lead operational support for pharmacy benefits clients in Concord, NH.

You will gather project scope, timelines, and drive resolutions for member communications, including letters, while collaborating with product teams on requirements and QA. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in the pharmacy benefits space, with proven client-management experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Experience managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience:
  • 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
  • Proven experience successfully managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
