Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Minnesota to manage key channel relationships, interact with clients, and oversee operational projects.

You will build positive client connections, craft solutions to customer problems, and support escalating issues from a call center while coordinating project scopes and timelines. Responsibilities include owning client needs, gathering requirements, participating in QA for product development, and supporting compliance and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
