• Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial support.
• Step into an active client portfolio and contribute quickly with limited training.
• Maintain strong organization and responsiveness in a part-time schedule.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Account Manager for an immediate part-time direct hire opportunity with an established entertainment CPA and business management firm in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with deep experience supporting high-net-worth entertainment clients, managing multiple books of business, and working within a fast-paced business management environment.

This opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule, a hybrid work arrangement, and the chance to join a respected firm serving sophisticated entertainment industry clients. The environment is well suited for a senior-level professional who values autonomy, professionalism, client service, and the ability to make an immediate impact with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and business management services for multiple high-net-worth entertainment clients.
• Oversee books of business, account activity, reconciliations, reporting, and client financial details with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Use Data Action software to support day-to-day accounting, reporting, and client account management needs.
• Work directly with clients and internal team members to ensure timely, accurate financial support.
• Step into an active client portfolio and contribute quickly with limited training.
• Maintain strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a part-time schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $35 to $50 per hour.
• Job type: Direct hire.
• Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week.
• Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1 day per week in the West LA office.
• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
• Immediate opening.
