About Henon

We are building a relationship-first, tech-enabled financial services company founded to help Private Equity (PE) firms grow. Henon is a pioneer in AI and automation software, providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a comprehensive technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modelling, and Reporting functions within a single platform.

What you will do

  1. Work with Private Equity (PE) CFOs daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into the cloud.
  2. Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal closure, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with customer success, technical teams, etc.
  3. Understand AI and its application within the PE workflow.
  4. Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.
  5. Build relationships with executives across industries to close deals.
  6. Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements to build long-lasting partnerships.
  7. Model a wide range of use cases where Henon can drive business transformation across industries.
  8. Provide professional after-sales support with our ES team to maximize customer loyalty.
  9. Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and pipeline data.
  10. Analyze sales insights and data, experimenting with new growth tactics.

Sales Experience

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS full cycle sales as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Experience with financial products (iLevel, Cobalt, Chronograph, Bloomberg, GLG, Preqin) is preferred.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders, develop long-term relationships, close deals, and align stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Proven track record of generating significant revenue and building deep organizational relationships.
  • Passion for our mission at henon.ai and the value AI can bring to clients.
Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 annually, including base salary, variable sales compensation, and options grants based on experience.
