About Henon
We are building a relationship-first, tech-enabled financial services company founded to help Private Equity firms grow. Henon is a pioneer in AI and automation software, providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full-stack technology suite encompassing Data Warehousing, Applications, Modelling, and Reporting functions into a single platform.
What you will do
- Work with Private Equity (PE) CFOs daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into the cloud.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to deal close, and coordinate collaboration cross-functionally with customer success, technical teams, etc.
- Understand AI and its application in the PE workflow.
- Create detailed business plans to attain goals and quotas.
- Build relationships with executives at all levels and industries to close deals.
- Consult with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements, building long-lasting partnerships.
- Model a wide range of use cases where Henon can drive business transformation across industries.
- Provide professional after-sales support with our ES team to maximize customer loyalty.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and pipeline data.
- Analyze sales insights and data, experimenting with new growth tactics.
Sales Experience
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS full cycle sales as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Experience with financial products (e.g., iLevel, Cobalt, Chronograph, Bloomberg, GLG, Preqin) is preferred.
- Ability to partner with business leaders and executives, develop long-term relationships, close deals, and align stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- A proven record of generating significant revenue impact and building deep organizational relationships.

$85,000 - $110,000 a year
Base salary plus sales variable compensation and options grant, commensurate with experience.
