What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase sales of Workday implementation services within a designated region
- Collaborate with Workday Account Executives to communicate Mercer’s unique market strategy
- Partner with internal teams to generate new leads and drive pre-sales activities
- Develop HCM and Financials implementation strategies for clients
- Achieve sales and practice profitability targets while demonstrating thought leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
- 5+ years of experience selling professional services or consulting services
- Ability to articulate a comprehensive value proposition related to Workday and HR & Finance Transformation
- Experience working within a matrix environment across various business lines
- Proven experience in driving strategic sales at the C-suite level

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Consulting leadership experience with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP)
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ability to build strong relationships within prospective organizations
