Position Responsibilities
Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? At Deltek, we're scaling our Replicon business and looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to lead the charge in acquiring net-new enterprise customers across key verticals.
This is a remote role (Midwest preferred) with occasional travel to customer sites and our Herndon HQ.
What You'll Do
Own the Sales Cycle
- Prospect and close new business in Professional Services, IT Consulting, Management Consulting, and Engineering sectors.
- Lead discovery, demos, and executive-level presentations with clarity and confidence.
- Run a client-centric sales process focused on solving real business problems.
Collaborate to Win
- Partner with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Legal, and Product Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
- Navigate complex buying groups and build consensus across stakeholders.
Deliver Results
- Manage a pipeline of $300K-$2M+ deals with precision and urgency.
- Forecast accurately and report to leadership with transparency.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with a win-win mindset.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in Workforce Management, ERP, or Project Management.
- Proven success in net-new logo acquisition and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Deep understanding of the Professional Services vertical.
- Mastery of value-based selling frameworks (MEDDPICC preferred).
- High EQ, executive presence, and a relentless drive to win.
Compensation Information
The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $225000.00 - $325000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
