The Role
We are looking for a talented, performance-oriented Senior Account Director. This position requires someone who is adept at servicing and negotiating with both day-to-day customers and upper-level C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, hunting, closing, and renewing business, and enjoys providing solutions to client challenges. Knowledge of shopper marketing, brand and retail marketing (including video), consumer promotions, and brand activations is essential. Experience in building territories, exceeding revenue targets, and scaling in a dynamic industry is required.

This is a US-based, remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and client KPIs
  • Identify, develop, and grow accounts and client relationships
  • Accurately forecast, track, and report revenue
  • Articulate Shopkick's ability to connect with consumers throughout the purchase journey
  • Build and close a pipeline of campaigns and partnerships with Fortune 500 marketers in CPG and Retail
  • Develop strong creative proposals for shopper, brand, and retail customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in media, shopper, or retail sales (agency, publisher, or client side)
  • Successful record of closing deals with Fortune 500 companies in CPG and Retail
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Strong references from recent clients and employers
  • Outstanding presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of new media/marketing channels, monetization models, and business landscape
  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with other regions
