The Role

We are looking for a talented, performance-oriented Senior Account Director. This position requires someone who excels at servicing and negotiating with both day-to-day customers and upper-level C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in identifying, hunting, closing, and renewing business. They should enjoy bringing solutions to client challenges and be a resource within the business community.

Knowledge of shopper marketing, brand and retail marketing (including video), consumer promotions, and brand activations is essential. Past success in building territories, exceeding revenue targets, and scaling in a dynamic industry is required.

This is a US-based, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets and client KPIs
• Develop and grow accounts and client relationships
• Forecast, track, and report revenue accurately
• Articulate Shopkick's ability to connect with consumers throughout the purchase journey
• Build and close a pipeline of campaigns and partnerships with Fortune 500 marketers in CPG and Retail
• Develop strong creative proposals for shopper, brand, and retail customers

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in media, shopper, or retail sales (agency, publisher, or client side)
• Proven success closing deals with Fortune 500 companies in CPG and Retail
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Strong references from recent clients and employers
• Outstanding presentation skills, both written and oral
• Knowledge of new media/marketing channels, monetization models, and business landscape
• Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
