Job summary

Coupa is seeking a Sr. Account Development Representative to drive strategic outbound outreach to senior leaders, nurture inbound inquiries, and build a robust sales pipeline through data-driven methods.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales to articulate compelling value and convert opportunities into measurable growth for Coupa’s spend-management platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years IT/software sales experience.
• Experience targeting C-suite/executives a plus.
• Strong KPI mindset and planning abilities.

  • 顧客企業の経営課題に基づいた仮説を構築し、経営幹部（Cレベル）や部門長クラスへの戦略的なアプローチを行う
• 多角的なリード創出:
  • ターゲットを絞ったアウトバウンド活動、およびマーケティング部門からのインバウンドリードに対する高度なナーチャリングを通じた商談創出 をリードする
• 需要創出の共創:
  • マーケティング部門と密に連携し、キャンペーンの効果を最大化するための施策立案と実行
• パイプライン戦略の実行:
  • フィールドセールスと連携し、単なるアポイント獲得に留まらない、成約確度を高めるためのパイプライン構築戦略の遂行
• データドリブンな予測と管理:
  • CRM（Salesforce等）を活用し、営業部門や経営陣に対し、定量的かつ論理的な根拠に基づいた正確な予測（Forecast）を提供
• 価値提案の実践:
  • Coupaの製品ラインおよび独自の訴求価値（TSM等）を深く理解し、顧客のビジネスコンテキストに合わせたデモンストレーションを実施

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
