Job summary

Squash Tigers is seeking a Lead Squash Professional to establish and grow the Kingswood Oxford School program in Hartford, Connecticut. You will coach players, build relationships with local families, and help create a community-setting program from its inception.

From day one, you’ll lead on-court coaching, organize clinics and events, and grow participation across youth and adult programs while reporting to Squash Tigers leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong playing and coaching background.
• Ability to develop players of all ages and abilities.
• Build positive relationships with players, families, and the squash community.
• Be organized, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons and junior group coaching.
• Grow participation through local outreach and relationships.
• Organise clinics, camps, leagues, and events.
• Support players at local/regional tournaments.
• Develop a growing adult squash community through private lessons and leagues.
• Collaborate with Squash Tigers leadership to build a long-term program.
