Job summary

Life Time is seeking a squash instructor to teach private and group lessons, grow the client base, and meet revenue goals. The role emphasizes member-focused service and adherence to brand standards across programs and events.

You will work with the team to ensure high-quality instruction and exceptional court presentation. The position requires high school graduation, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of squash and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Ability to work with all age groups and build positive relationships.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Squash Level 1 Certified or European equivalent.
• Authorized to work in US or Canada depending on work location.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students during squash lessons, focusing on techniques, tactics and strategies (approx. 80% on court).
• Develops safe, professional squash lessons and programs to promote continued involvement and positive Net Promoter Score.
• Creates member experiences through programs, events and marketing tools; maintains courts and equipment.
• Manages registration and billing for lessons and programming using Life Time scheduling software; adheres to SOPs.
• Participates in sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends department-wide meetings.
