Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Support Analyst with strong SQL development skills to join our team. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business operations, supporting internally developed systems used by Trading and Operations teams.

Hours are 10am-7pm to cover later business activity. You will work with development and engineering teams, digging into data via queries and scripts to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Serve as the first contact for application issues in Trading and Operations environments.
• Use monitoring tools to identify production issues and track resolutions.
• Triage incoming email and ticket queues, escalating when appropriate.
• Build relationships with end users and provide clear communication throughout issue lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for application issues arising from Trading and Operations environments, delivering timely and effective troubleshooting.
• Leverage monitoring tools to proactively identify production issues, communicate their impact, and track resolution through to completion.
• Manage an incoming email and ticketing queue, triaging issues by priority and escalating when appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with end users, setting clear expectations and providing transparent communication throughout the lifecycle of every issue.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through automation and technology-driven solutions.
