Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years relevant work experience in technical support.
• 2+ years troubleshooting software, databases, interfaces, or system integrations using SQL and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Review, troubleshoot, and document escalated application technical issues.
• Assist engineering and QA to identify, debug, test, and resolve client-facing issues.
• Document Salesforce cases reflecting investigation steps, outcomes, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues and own them through resolution.
