Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years with MS SQL Server administration or 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Query Standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical requests from end users of RCH products and systems.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of issues.
• Install and configure SQL databases and optimize code using plans and DMVs.
• Collaborate with support and development teams during releases and change management.
