Job summary

CruiTek, LLC is seeking a true Senior SQL Database Administrator for a hybrid on-site role in Phoenix, AZ. The position requires hands-on expertise in enterprise SQL Server, HA/DR, migrations, and automation, with a strong client-facing presence for deployments and support.

The contract is 3 months with an aggressive hourly rate. Expect on-site work Tue-Thu and coordination with stakeholders to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.

Qualifications

• Must be a true senior SQL DBA with hands-on enterprise experience.
• Experience with performance tuning, HA/DR, migrations, and automation.
• Strong client-facing professionalism and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server environments, ensure availability and performance.
• Execute upgrades, patches, migrations, and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop automation scripts and provide production support.

*You must have experience working as a Sr consultant and hands on experience with description below
*Must be client facing, so outstanding communication and professionalism

Skills and Must have experience:

• Seeking Level 3-4 SQL Database Administrators.
• Strong hands-on SQL Server administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, high availability/disaster recovery, database upgrades, patching, migration activities, automation scripting, and production support.
