Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Digital and IT Analyst to support enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and analytics enablement across on-premises and cloud environments. You will design, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data solutions to support critical business reporting needs.

The role requires hands-on SQL expertise, experience with SSIS/DTSX packages, and the ability to collaborate with application teams to ensure reliable data flows and governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and administration.
• Experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages and DTSX files.
• Advanced SQL skills: stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, data modeling.
• Experience supporting application teams by analyzing database structures, data flows, code dependencies, and enhancement requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and support time-sensitive business processes.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, data quality, data transformation, and reporting data structures.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to IT teams, business analysts, and non-technical stakeholders.
