Job summary

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a SQL Data Developer to join our client in a Hybrid, Contract to Hire role based in Fort Washington, PA. You will work with large-scale data environments to drive reporting, analytics, and operational decision making.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain data integration solutions, optimize ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL solutions within production environments.
• Strong background working with Microsoft SQL Server, including database development, query optimization, and performance improvement.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience building and supporting SSIS packages.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or another highly regulated industry, along with strong documentation and process management skills.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure data integration services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, APIs, web services, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data integration solutions that support reporting, analytics, operational processes, and enterprise data management needs.
• Deliver scalable database and ETL solutions by creating, enhancing, and optimizing data workflows, database objects, and automated processing routines.
• Analyze and resolve data related issues while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information across systems.
• Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and support ongoing operational objectives.
• Maintain documentation, process guidelines, and data governance standards while contributing to modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

This Hybrid, Contract to Hire opportunity is located in Fort Washington, PA and offers the chance to work with large scale data environments that drive reporting, analytics, and operational decision making. The selected candidate will help enhance data movement processes, improve system reliability, and support information management efforts across multiple business functions. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage complex data integration solutions within a regulated environment.

Compensation

$50 to $70+/hour based on experience

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
