An established financial services firm is seeking a Database Developer with strong SQL Server, Snowflake, and Python expertise to help evolve its cloud-based data architecture. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in-office near Philadelphia, with flexibility based on onboarding, performance, and manager discretion.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in building scalable, high‑performing database systems, experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, and a passion for data‑driven problem solving in fast‑paced environments.

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SQL Server development (T‑SQL, stored procedures, triggers)
  • Strong background with SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio database projects
  • Experience developing solutions in Snowflake (SnowSQL, Streams, Tasks, stored procedures)
  • Scripting skills in Python for automation, transformation, or orchestration
  • Familiarity with AWS, particularly in hybrid/on‑prem data environments

Experience with PostgreSQL is a strong plus

  • Understanding of data governance, data security, and enterprise data management standards
  • Clear technical documentation and cross‑team collaboration skills
  • Previous exposure to the financial or wealth management sector is a bonus
