Job summary

Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior SQL Clinical Data Analyst to support clinical applications, metric frameworks, and complex healthcare data workflows. This role partners with clinical product and operations teams to build scalable analytics and improve clinical reporting.

Location: Denver preferred; remote anywhere in the U.S. Schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday during the second full week of each month. Contract: 12 months, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL and strong BigQuery/GCP experience.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR data, and quality metrics.
• Python and ETL scripting considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models.
• Lead reporting and validation for clinical metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Product Managers on metric definitions.
• Automate KR reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models.
• Lead reporting and validation for key clinical metrics and workflows.
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions and analysis.
• Automate Key Result (KR) reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Perform data quality checks, peer reviews, and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong GCP/BigQuery experience.
• Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data, and clinical quality metrics.
• Python and ETL scripting experience is a strong plus.
