Job summary

Endava is seeking a Clinical Analytics professional in the United States to lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics. You will partner with Clinical Product Managers and operations to define metrics, baselines, and workflow analyses.

The role requires strong SQL, extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, and a solid understanding of clinical workflows and data structures. Python/ETL skills are a plus. On-site collaboration may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
• Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (e.g., Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting).
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.
• Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve analytics.
• Automate Key Result reporting to eliminate manual compilation.
• Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.
