Job summary

Endava is seeking a senior clinical data analytics professional to lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics. You will partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders to define baselines and analyze workflows and data integrity.

The role requires advanced SQL, BigQuery expertise, and experience with healthcare data structures. Onsite collaboration with teams is expected in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL mastery and experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery).
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR data structures.
• Python/ETL scripting skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions.
• Build and optimize SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support self-serve analytics.
• Automate KR reporting to eliminate manual compilation.
• Conduct peer reviews and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.
