Job summary

RiverBank is seeking a Database & Business Intelligence Developer to maintain and enhance its SQL database and reporting ecosystem. You will build Power BI dashboards, develop data integrations, and collaborate with operations, finance and compliance to deliver practical data solutions.

You will ensure data security, accuracy, and timely reporting while exploring automation opportunities to improve efficiency and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IS, data analytics or finance.
• 3–5 years in SQL database administration or BI, data integration or related technical role.
• Strong SQL skills with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power BI report/dashboard development, data modeling, and refresh processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for management or operational reporting.
• Experience with data feeds, ETL/ELT, file-based integrations or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance RiverBank's SQL database and BI environment.
• Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics from data.
• Develop data integrations and reporting for operations, finance, compliance, and leadership.
• Partner with teams to deliver data-driven solutions addressing business challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of reporting.
• Identify automation and process-optimization opportunities in reporting.
