Job summary

Rapid Finance seeks a BI Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. You will design, maintain, and improve BI reporting solutions primarily using Power BI, paginated reports, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric.

The role is hands-on and reports to the Director of Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI or related roles, strong Power BI skills, and the ability to translate business questions into reliable data products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI, data analysis, or reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on Power BI reporting experience required.
• Experience with Power BI paginated reports, SSRS, or Report Builder.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Write and validate SQL queries against SQL Server.
• Work with views, stored procedures, and ETL logic to support reporting.
