Job summary

National DCP, LLC in Bellingham, MA is seeking a Food Safety & Compliance Supervisor to oversee SQF, PCQI, and multi-site food safety, quality, OSHA, and environmental compliance across 2–3 distribution centers. You will coach staff, lead audits, maintain documentation, and partner with operations to ensure regulatory readiness while supporting safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in food safety, quality or safety.
• Experience leading audits, inspections, investigations, corrective actions, or compliance activities.
• Strong organization, communication, coaching and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee multiple locations, and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SQF Practitioner for assigned DC(s) and lead SQF certification activities.
• Lead PCQI activities and preventive controls verification for DC(s).
• Plan, lead, and support internal, external, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
• Conduct internal food safety audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage corrective actions logs, root cause analysis, and verification.
• Annual traceability exercises and mock recalls.
• Validate compliance with food safety, sanitation, and QA requirements.
• Maintain documentation, training records, and compliance reporting.
