Job summary

National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Food Safety Compliance Supervisor to oversee food safety, quality, OSHA, environmental, and regulatory compliance across two to three distribution centers in the Westampton, NJ area. The role serves as the SQF Practitioner and PCQI lead, reporting to the Operations Director or Warehouse Director, with coaching responsibilities for smaller sites.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in food safety, quality, safety, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of food safety, quality, and workplace safety.
• Experience leading audits, inspections, investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong organization, communication, coaching, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Travel up to 15% required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SQF Practitioner for assigned distribution center(s) and lead SQF certification.
• Lead PCQI activities and preventive controls verification for assigned distribution center(s).
• Plan, lead, and support audits (internal, external, customer, regulatory).
• Conduct internal food safety audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Maintain corrective actions logs and verify effectiveness.
• Coordinate CAPAs, audits, and preventive actions across sites.
