National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking a Food Safety & Compliance Supervisor to oversee food safety, quality, occupational safety, environmental, maintenance, audit, and regulatory compliance across two to three distribution centers. You will serve as the SQF Practitioner and PCQI lead, ensuring audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections.

The role reports to the Operations Director or Warehouse Director and involves coaching Food Safety Compliance Specialists at smaller locations.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in food safety, quality, safety, environmental compliance, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of food safety, quality, and workplace safety principles.
• Experience leading audits, inspections, investigations, corrective actions, or compliance activities.
• Strong organization, communication, coaching, problem-solving, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, oversee multiple locations, and travel up to 15%.

Mansioni

• Oversee compliance across two to three distribution centers.
• Lead SQF Practitioner and PCQI activities for assigned facilities.
• Plan, conduct, and support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain audit readiness and manage corrective actions.
• Coach site teams on food safety, quality, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
