Job summary

Children's Minnesota in Saint Paul is seeking an experienced nursing supervisor to oversee daily operations in departments that require nursing expertise, ensuring goals are met through planning, implementation and direction of programs, procedures and staff. The Children's Clinic provides a range of services from well-child care to educational and outreach programs. They care for children with complex medical, psychosocial problems, and acute and chronic childhood illnesses. They also provide developmental, behavioral, nutritional assessment and guidance, and parent education.Position Summary
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of support staff and RN up to 15 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 30-40% clinical care.Required

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
