Job summary

Children’s Minnesota, a leading pediatric health system in Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary care team. The RN provides direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards and collaborates with the Medical Provider to achieve patient health goals.

Requirements include MN State RN license, current BLS, and 2 years of nursing experience with ambulatory and pediatric focus preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Ambulatory and pediatric experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice site policies and established nursing standards.

  • Deliver patient care across ambulatory and pediatric settings and support care planning and evaluation.

Position Summary

As a member of the interdisciplinary health care team, the RN provides individualized direct patient care in accordance with hospital and practice site policies, procedures and established standards of nursing care and practice in collaboration with the Medical Provider. The RN promotes restoration of health and achievement of patient health goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the delivery of patient care as defined by clinic and nursing philosophy.

  • MN State RN license.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Ambulatory and pediatric experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on‑call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
