Qualifications

• Read and follow frame tickets to select springs and components.
• Work with teammates to ensure correct assembly and quality.
• Maintain accurate focus on details during springing, clipping and tying.
• Must be able to read directions and perform basic math as needed.
• Willingness to cross-train and adapt to line changes.

Responsibilities

• Roll a built frame to the work station using conveyors or carts.
• Clip rails, install nosag springs, and secure with clips and wire.
• Install springs, pads, and insulators; cover with spring cover material.
• Position and align frames and springs; use screw guns as required.
• Move completed frames off the line and perform non-routine tasks as needed.
• Read frame tickets to confirm spring configurations and apply correct processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and adhere to attendance rules.
