The Furniture Frame Builder/Spring Up position is based at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s distribution center in Claremont, NC. You will build wooden frames according to specifications, allow drying time, and complete the spring-up process to prepare units for upholstery.

We seek candidates with at least 6 months of furniture manufacturing experience, ability to read frame assembly instructions, and strong attention to quality.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience in a furniture manufacturing environment.
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures and standards.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret simple frame assembly instructions commonly placed in frame assembly manual.

Mansioni

• Assemble frame parts according to design specifications and measurements.
• Ensure frames are square, level, and edges are smooth; verify no protruding staples.
• Inspect frame for defects and make corrections as needed.
• Lift and move frames safely and prepare for the spring-up process.
• Assist in the spring-up steps and ensure proper assembly before upholstery.
