Job summary

Group 1 Automotive's Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead location is seeking a skilled Sprinter Technician/Mechanic to join a fast-growing team. You will perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on Sprinter vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and working in a supportive, tool-equipped shop environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Sprinter Van Technician experience
• ASE certification(s) preferred.
• Strong focus on achieving a great customer service experience
• High attention to detail
• A Love of Everything Automotive

Responsibilities

• Efficient and accurate work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards
• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work
• Maintain an organized shop area
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
