Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield is seeking a skilled Sprinter/Diesel Technician to join a long-term career-focused team within MileOne Autogroup. The role offers bonuses, incentive programs, competitive pay, and a modern facility with on-site parts support.

You will diagnose, repair, and road-test vehicles while documenting all services accurately on repair orders. The company provides extensive employee benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of automotive experience (dealership or independent shop).
• Diesel experience with Mercedes-Benz preferred.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years, and ALSO no major violations (DWI, Careless Driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow factory and dealership repair procedures.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Document services performed clearly and accurately on repair orders.
