Job summary
Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine seeks an automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, plan service steps, and communicate with clients. You will operate the dealership computer system, estimate labor time, and support trainee technicians in a fast-paced, safety-focused shop.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and at least one year dealership experience.
- Valid Driver's License and State Inspection License.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in an active shop.
Responsibilities
- Examine vehicle, diagnose issues, and discuss with the Shop Foreman or ASM as needed.
- Communicate additional service requests to the ASM for client communication.
- Plan work procedures in cooperation with the Shop Foreman.
- Provide labor time estimates to the ASM and monitor repair times.
- Maintain dealership policy on client vehicle care and documentation for repairs.
- Operate the dealership computer system and support trainee technicians.
- Attend company and factory training and stay current with bulletins.
