Job summary
Mercedes-Benz of Chandler is seeking an experienced Sprinter Van Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Sprinter vans in line with manufacturer standards and dealership processes. You will operate within flat-rate time guidelines while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; two years of related experience recommended.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans is highly desired.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to follow shop procedures and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles.
- Work within manufacturer time standards and dealership processes.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors.
- Deliver a world-class service experience with quality repairs.
- Ensure safety and documentation accuracy.
