Job summary

Mercedes-Benz North Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Diesel Sprinter Van Technician to join our Penske Automotive Group team. You will perform repairs and maintenance in line with factory standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of dealership experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Two-year dealership experience is required; brand knowledge is preferred but not required.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in line with factory and dealership specifications.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through quality service.
• Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Follow safety procedures and use shop tools and equipment.
