As a Diesel Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on Sprinter models in accordance with factory specifications and our dealership time standards, ensuring a world-class service experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles per factory and dealership specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors about vehicle repairs.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards in the shop.
• Provide accurate estimates and complete work orders in a timely manner.
