Job summary
Mercedes-Benz of Chandler is seeking an experienced Sprinter Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles to Mercedes-Benz standards in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will work with advanced diagnostic equipment, collaborate with service advisors, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting manufacturer time guidelines.
ASE or Mercedes-Benz certifications are a plus, and the role offers comprehensive benefits and career growth
Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Safe use of shop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Customer service and teamwork mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and related systems.
- Diagnose and repair to manufacturer standards and production time guidelines.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors.
- Adhere to safety procedures and dealership policies.
