Position Overview

We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for Victoria Logistics Carrier. We work under an independent contract and offer competitive rates.

Competitive Rates

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada: $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads: we ask about load preference and only offer relevant loads.
• Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday-Friday.

Basic Requirements

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• Drivers at least 21 years old.
• Basic English speaking, reading, writing. Russian speakers also hired.
• All drivers approved, accepted, and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier before accepting loads.
• No company drivers; submit application for independent contractor agreement.

Vehicle Requirements

• Sprinter not older than 2016.
• Minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals removed.
• Notify before making changes and submit registration and insurance.
• Driving experience of at least 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary $8,000+, may vary by vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat, TSA/TWIC.
