We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators

We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work under an independent contract agreement and offer competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers.

Competitive Rates

• Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $0.85 - $1.35 per mile; (long miles, bad areas): $0.85 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.
• Personalized loads: we ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer loads you will be interested in.
• Payment: 3‑5 business days, quick pay 3%.
• Days range: Monday–Friday.

Basic Requirements

• You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• You should be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or have work authorization.
• You and your drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
• VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You will execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner‑operator.

Vehicle Requirements

• Sprinter must not be older than 2016.
• All vehicles must have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
• All decals must be removed.
• If you make any changes to your vehicle, inform us before putting the vehicle on the road and provide registration and insurance.
• Driving experience of at least 6 months.
• Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (depends on vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
